The power of darkness

Mind has so much unexplored power

That phase of life wasn’t bad. I wanted to break free, so I swam from Alcatraz Island.

In that swim from the Island to the shore of San Francisco 

In the deep water 

I was the only one fighting for my freedom. 

Freedom from my trauma

Trauma that I created in Lake Tahoe 

The trauma of not knowing how to swim

No we didn't have swimming pool access in India.

Swimming pools were expensive, so we couldn't afford them then.

Darkness has so much power in it.

When you think from a place of darkness, you truly understand how beautiful it is to breathe, think, love, and enjoy.

Fear comes in all shapes and sizes. 

Revisited the memories yesterday with my friend Arafat Khan observing what was really going on in my mind.

Every day I wake up is a good day.
